Randall was born in Orange, California in 1977 and attended California State Universities at Long Beach and at Fullerton. He has received a Bachelors and Masters degrees in Fine Arts Creative Photography. For the past four years he has taught traditional and digital photographic techniques at California State University Fullerton, El Camino College, Irvine College, Huntington Beach Art Museum, the Muckenthaler Cultural Center, Judge at Orange County Fair and several workshops in Orange County. Not only has he taught in the field of photography but is the founder of “Great-Depth Productions”, which has produced a local cable show entitled “Turning the Verge, a talk show about artists for fine arts and music; Orange County Music Awards event video documentary show and (2013) silent film short “The Steampunk Queen of the Silent Age”.
